My 1st twine game. I made it for a course assignment.  In its early stages I saw this as a search and find game. The player character would maneuver the neighborhood to collect and learn bits of information through investigation and conversations with the neighbors. Objects (belonging to the victims) linked to the Mueller house would trigger visions that helped her solve the mystery of the Mueller house. In the end, I squashed the whole idea once I realized how difficult that might be for me as a beginner, that would definitely end up as a slightly longer story, one that switches back and forth between the past and present shedding a perspective on the personalities of all the victims, and for this assignment I had to keep things short.

This final version of SECRET PARTY follows the life of a teenager who has precognitive dreams. Ever since she moved to her new house, she hasn't been able to sleep in peace due to her ability. The more she learns about its possible causes, the faster she realizes the situation might be paranormal. It's a brief game with only two endings. I will not be publishing this on itch.io.

 I used the screenshots from my save file of Sims 4, a PC game, and edited the screenshots in photoshop. I know others might be concerned about the legality of this. So long as the pictures are edited, and the content is free it's okay to do, in fact, others have already made comic books, story series and video games using it as a visual aid. You can find them on Patreon and personal sims lit blog sites.
